Be ready to roll up your sleeves and put on some gloves to dissect this freshwater lobster with your fingers. The freshwater crustaceans were cooked in hot spicy sauce but were not as meaty as what we expected. The sweetness and freshness were, on the other hand, simply alluring.

The same baby lobster but prepared in another style. The homemade braised sauce is mildly spicy compared to the previous sauce. Another seafood delicacy worth to try.
Lover’s grill fish in spicy Siwei sauce 48
The whole fish was cooked in the spicy Siwei sauce in a big tray, with dried chilis almost covering the whole fish. The red spicy sauce manifests the charm of spiciness and tests your readiness to take the heat. Adopting the traditional Sichuan fish cooking concept of boiling fish in water with chili, this popular dish is generally well-loved by most of us.
