Fu Choon Laksa Lor Mee
福春叻沙卤面
The noodles were submerged by the rich gravy topped with fried fish, half boiled egg, meat ball and braised pork belly, two important elements to make a good lor mee can’t run away the taste of the gravy and the topping used. The starchy gravy was rich and tantalizing with a well blended favour, it was different from the slightly sweet taste experienced with the famous Xin Mei Xiang Zheng Zong Lor Mee新美香正宗卤面 at Old Airport Food Centre.
Fu Choon Laksa Lor Mee
Fu Choon gravy more towards salty taste and we somehow find it more appetizing. The fish was coated with flour and deep fried to give the crispiness; my two children preferred this version of fish than the fish flake from Xin Mei Xiang which more to my wife and my favour, however, all of us preferred Fu Choon than Xin Mei Xiang.
